The Observatory quest now awards a Crafting lamp and potentially a Strength, Defence, Constitution or Attack lamp. patch 8 May 2018 : The Professor will now present you with a correctly 'worded' Shield-bow at the end of the Observatory quest.

Additional rewards/activities. Should a player look through the telescope again after the quest is completed, they will see the Scorpio constellation. The Observatory professor will suggest going to see his assistant.
Jul 6, 2017 · The Observatory Professor will give you a reward for finishing the quest. He will also repay you with an Uncut sapphire and another reward depending on the constellation you saw (See table below). Congratulations!
After closing the window, the professor should ask you which constellation you saw. The constellations are on wall charts in the main level of the Observatory. Identify your constellation, talk to the professor again, and you should get your reward in your backpack. Congratulations! Quest complete!
