"Joker Venom" is the name of a poisonous chemical substance used by the Joker. Often considered the Clown Prince of Crime's signature weapon, it causes victims to laugh uncontrollably. Lethal variants of Joker Venom have been known to leave victims with a permanent smile on their face.
