Special Education Needs: A pupil has special educational need (SEN) if they have a learning difficulty or disability that requires special educational provision to be made for them.
1:1 support for students with an Education Health and Care Plan (EHCP) to monitor outcomes and ensure support and specialist provision is in place. SEMH support – small group or 1:1 e.g. anxiety management sessions.
The Holy Cross School will have due regard for the Special Educational Needs and Disability Code of Practice 0 to 25 Years; following the statutory guidance for working with and supporting children and young people with special educational needs and disabilities.
