    Available in all the previous entries, the dangerous melee weapon popularly known as Energy Sword makes its appearance in Halo Infinite’s online battles. The Energy Sword is a Power Weapon. These are the most powerful weapons in Halo Infinite’s online. With only one hit, you can defeat a fully shielded enemy that is near you.

    •To calculate when you can hit an enemy, pay attention to your crosshair. When it turns red, you are in the allowed range to perform your movement. Always aim at your target because it won’t hit anyone if the opponent is out of sight, even if it’s right next to you.

    •Basically, the Energy Sword doesn’t have any weakness at close-range combat, even if you are fighting against more than one soldier. That’s because its cooldown between attacks is pretty low, so you can knock out multiple enemies in a few seconds.

    •However, it can be quite difficult to run toward enemies when they are armed. You are exposed and ready to receive all the bullets. It's better to sneak and avoid direct confrontation until you're right in front of them.

    •You can combine this weapon with the piece of equipment Grappleshot. When hooked into an enemy, you’ll be pulled toward them and automatically perform a melee attack when in close range. Contrary to other melee attacks, this one will defeat the enemy with one hit — it doesn’t matter how much health they have.
