I never said XO was pay2win, but was saying how most people see any game with micro transactions. The only props i have given XO is the fact you can't pay to complete faction levels. Before the change in how uranium was earned the PC version was very much P2W with relics over 60,000 and uranium only obtainable via weekly clan rewards ranks for top 30.
But the micro-transactions in this game are not cool… you really don‘t need to pay a cent for the game to progress like every other one but considering as every other „free2play“ game they try to trick you to buy those overpriced packs. Crossout (XO) isn‘t the only game that has those issues but it‘s a mentionable point to tell.

Nov 6, 2017 · Conclusion. Crossout was so very close to being on a par with my favourite free to play games but it’s held back by the micro transactions. While it is possible to be competitive without buying the in-game coins it’s very hard to compete with someone who has paid for all the best gear.
