Open reading period submissions are only accepted through our Submittable portal. Please send any queries about our open reading periods and submissions process to submissions@coffeehousepress.org. The review process for full-length manuscripts can take up to 4–6 months, or longer in some instances.
I didn't bother to send it to any publishers because most legit ones don't accept unsolicited manuscripts. But I did have my sights set on submitting to Coffee House Press, which has an open submission period, which began to today at 9 am CT.

How to Submit: Coffee House Press says it will start accepting submissions through its Submittable form on September 1, 2018. The number of submissions accepted will be capped at 300 so if you plan to submit you should be ready to go in early September. Response Time: up to 4–6 months, or longer.
