  1. Oct 4, 2024 · Absolutely! Cleo and Deuce did break up in 2022. There may have been heartbreak and tears involved, but as we know, the course of true love never did run smoothly. Though they may no longer be a couple, both Cleo and Deuce continue to navigate the halls of Monster High, searching for their own happily ever afters.

  2. Yikes! While I'm glad the crush isn't fully-formed, Deuce deserves better, though I love that they're fleshing out his character. Cleo acting this way is deplorable, though. Frankie would be a better pick, given her (or their in this version) initial crush on Deuce in "New Ghoul @ School."

    Generation 1

Frankie and Cleo initially get off on the wrong foot. In the webisode 'New Ghoul @ School' Frankie decidedly starts crushing on Deuce, who just so happens to be Cleo's boyfriend. When Cleo questions Frankie, Frankie tells her that her boyfriend is Deuce, leading Cleo to get furious with both Frankie and Deuce. Eventually, Frankie makes it up to Cleo by telling her that she lied about the fact they were dating. Cleo doesn't fully forgive Frankie, but Frankie tries to make it up to her by giving her and the school a personalized Justin Biter concert. In response, Cleo allows Frankie to be in the fear-leading squad.

Frankie lists Cleo as one of her best friends, although Cleo doesn't list Frankie as one of hers. Frankie and Cleo, although having a tumultuous start to their relationship initially; as well as Cleo getting easily annoyed with Frankie sometimes, are still friends who care for each other.
