That is one loaded statement directed directly at Jaime, who knows that Tyrion despises Cersei, Joffrey and their father. Yet, he keeps all the Lannister secrets, especially Jaime's, the only person who has ever shown him affection or kindness.
However, do not believe for one moment that Tyrion holds Jaime's attempted murder of Bran against him. Tyrion is concerned because he believes Jaime's murder attempt leads to directly to the second murder attempt with the Valyrian Steel knife.
From what we see, Tywin and Cersei are the outliers in the Lannister clan, not Jaime. Tyrion's uncles all like him (or liked him, some of them being deceased), as does Genna, etc. And why love tyrion a dwarf when at the same time thinking a quick death would be better then ending us as bran.
