The best way is to call your doctor and ask to have a new 90 day prescription sent to CVS Caremark Mail Service Pharmacy electronically. If you’re having trouble reaching your doctor, sign into your Caremark.com account and select Start Rx Delivery by Mail.

To set your preferences, log in to your Caremark.com account and select Profile near the top right corner of the screen.
You can only request to have your prescription delivered when it has been filled and is ready for pickup. You can request delivery by calling the store, selecting your delivery options within the CVS Pharmacy ® app or through a link via an order-ready text message.
You will be given the choice to have it delivered, or to have it available for in-store pickup at any CVS/pharmacy location on a subsequent screen. You can transfer prescriptions from other pharmacies and have them delivered to your door, and you can order new prescriptions for home delivery.
