TL;DR : The crimes with which she is accused of do not merit the Walk of Shame but taking into account everything she has done, I don't actually feel any mercy for her - though I did feel some sympathy when I first read the scene - and she deserves death many times over.
Two part answer: Within universe, she's is indeed reaping what she's sown, so in the sense that she set herself up for this by trying to outmaneuver Margaery and the High Sparrow, yes, she "deserves" it. She wasn't smart enough to see this coming, despite the fact that it was entirely predictable.
