I haven't played any of the Rumble Arena games, but I have played All-Star Rumble. As a game it's pretty bad, as a game for Digimon fans it's still pretty bad. The combat requires little to no skill, the characters aren't balanced and don't get me started on story mode.

1. Before the final battle of Gatomon's story, she calls her digivolution to Angewomon a Warp Digivolution, when it is actually a normal Digivolution.
Personally I recommend the Adventure for PSP. I also tried Rumble Arena 2, but there is reversed controls, like the triangle button is for jumping.
