Peacefully on September 29th 2024 at Abbey Court Care Home, Leek, Hazel aged 93 years of Leek (Retired Reader at St Lukes Church, Leek), the beloved wife of the late Philip Henshaw. Hazel will be fondly remembered by all who knew and loved her. Funeral Friday October 25th, Service at St Lukes Church, Leek at 2pm, prior to private cremation.
