  2. Run a half in one week with no training. I have never ran much before. I workout (lift weights) almost 5x a week, do the treadmill on 12 incline for 30 min about 3-4x a week and do yoga. I’m an active person. Just never was a runner. I was challenged by a friend to do a half next Sunday (one week). I’m not too worried about my time.
