  1. I think that "The Unbidden" might have been set up to be a bit more than it turned out to be at the hands of director Quentin Lee. For me, the movie was pseudo-entertaining, albeit very generic and mediocre. As such, I am rating "The Unbidden" five out of ten stars.

  2. Review by barbarianqueen ★★. The premise would've been cool but the rest was lacking. Tamlyn Tomita was pretty solid as Lauren, but everyone else's acting was off. Cinematography, editing, dialogue, and soundtrack all felt like an afterthought as if it was a made for tv movie.

  6. I’ve defended Quentin Lee from the beginning but at this point I cant, The Unbidden feels like it was created by aliens who are still figuring out how humans talk and how movies are made and why people go to watch them.
