Cyclops returned as a teenager (played by Tim Pocock) in X-Men Origins: Wolverine, and by the end of the movie had encountered Professor Xavier for the first time.

At the end of Days of future past we see Jean and Cyclops alive, so last stand clearly didn’t happen. But we also see Rogue with the white streak, implying that Movie 1 events with Magneto‘s machine still happened.
