Aug 26, 2016 · A $6,000 order repeatedly wrong. I called customer service and I finally got a firm Mattress after I upgraded again. With each mistake Boscovs made, I decided to upgrade because a bed is so important. I wanted quality and I wanted to sleep well. A bed is not an everyday purchase.
