Meanwhile, we expect that making mods for DDLC Plus will be more difficult; as mentioned above, DDLC Plus runs entirely in Unity, recreated from the ground up.
Essentially, DDLC Plus assets will not be able to be used in base DDLC mods, as we would like to avoid the porting of assets and features only found in the paid version being used and distributed to be played in the free version.
