Not, not technically. The level won't end until you die. However you can find a spot in the map where AI can't get to you, and if you stay there and just leave your console running till the end of time I suppose you could theoretically survive.

I’ve long held the opinion that the only thing that needs to change to make the two work nigh flawlessly is the date John did his MJOLNIR test. Make it happen the week of August 13th to the 19th, then have the Autumn leave Reach the next day and you’d fix almost all the issues.
