Just got a Cronus Zen for Christmas as a surprise but i'm having real difficulties with the audio on my headset. So the controller i have is a PowerA Advanced wired controller with a Turtle Beach headset, and i'm playing on Xbox Series X. Everything works fine when plugged into the Xbox, and the controller works just fine plugged into the Zen.
