Go check out r/VFIO. You can do it on esx. I do it for my main pc and have for years. It’s a cat an mouse game if you have an nvidia card. They don’t like to load the drivers if it’s a vm and not a pro level card. It work with consumer cards. Just takes some trickery. 1.
