Aug 8, 2024 · Guests booking one of Titanic Spa's unique overnight holiday packages will receive a 10 per cent discount if you make your booking 28 days before arrival. The discount allows you to book 55-minute, 1-hour 25-minute and 1-hour 50-minute treatments at a reduced rate.
Can I cancel my Spa Day booking? If you wish to cancel a Spa Day and can do so at least 30 days before your spa day booking date, you will receive a full refund less a 5% admin fee. If you cancel within 7 – 30 days this will incur a 50% cancellation payment.
If your reservation is cancelled after this time you will be charged for the first night only. Please note that reservations made through advance purchase rates are non-refundable and non-transferable and Maya Blue Wellness packages have a 48 hour cancellation.
Once the code has been generated, follow the online booking link in order to make a reservation, alternatively contact the provider directly using the contact details provided. Remember to take the voucher and the booking code with you on the day of your experience.
