  5. Typically, we personally respond to emails within 7 days. To help us investigate fully, please ensure you provide us with proof of visit such as tickets or receipts. If you wish to contact us regarding feedback about your recent visit, this must be within 6 weeks of your visit date

Alton Towers Resort may pause or cancel any orders generated using discount codes for verification at any time - if this happens, we will attempt to contact the customer via email for clarification. Including your annual pass number in the box provided at the checkout stage will reduce the requirement to carry out further checks!
