Feb 15, 2024 · My wife enjoys fish but primarily salmon, flounder and haddock fillets. We don’t really have lots of “lake fish” where we live. Many of the restaurants I look at have lots of lake fish dishes on their menus. Are there specific ones you would recommend. She is also allergic to shellfish so those dishes would be more in my taste…..thanks
