Jul 5, 2013 · Music Magpie offered me 20 pence for some items last weekend. I sold them individually on Amazon for £4 each this week. More hassle for me personally to drive to some obscure corner shop to drop them off, then 5 mins down the local Post Office and stick them in the post.
Feb 28, 2011 · If the CD/DVD isn't worth the money selling on Amazon (as in the selling price is less than a quid) than normally Magpie gives you the best deal for quick & easy sales. Those mass market DVDs which sell in bucketloads are pretty-much worthless (same with mass-market CDs which sell lots)
Nov 30, 2009 · I listed the CDs on Play.com and Amazon but didn't get any interest for them at all whereas all the hassle was taken out for me by music magpie. The only hassle was finding enough jiffy bags to send everything away in!
Short answer: no. Long answer: nnnnnnnnnnnnnnnoooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo. MusicMagpie take your DVDs, games and books and then resell them on places like Amazon (as "zoverstocks"). That means whatever price they offer you, they will increase it and sell it for more to make a profit.

Nov 19, 2017 · Very few made over £1 individually but in total I made £15 from clutter. I packed them in 2 sturdy boxes, printed off the label and a courier picked them up. I also got the full amount, they accepted them all. It's not worth selling CDs or DVDs at boot sales or on face book generally, they go for so little.
