I’ve gotten a handful of pretty solid, 3-star pokémon from Grunts and Rocket battles; one of which is a 2243cp 3* Gallade. From my fight with Giovanni, I got a 2641cp 3* Latios. In the long-run, I think they’re worth it!

This Grunt uses Psychictype Pokémon, which are weak to Dark and Ghost-type attacks. Catchable in this encounter are Shadow Gothita or Shadow Solosis.Origin Forme Giratina, Tyranitar, Gengar, and Hydreigon are great at defeating the Psychic-type Grunt’s entire roster.

Catchable in this encounter are Shadow Pidgey, Shadow Starly, Shadow Zubat (which can be shiny), Shadow Gligar (which can be shiny), or Shadow Staravia.
