In Might & Magic VII goblins are a playable race, although they resemble the orcs of your usual fantasy rpg (not on its setting though, orcs on Enroth are pig-headed). If you are into MMOs, you can play as goblins in World of Warcraft and Warhammer Online: Age of Reckoning (the latter has private servers only though).
I've done a bunch of research on possible games/have played quite a few, but I'd like a recommendation of some games you've played/know of that have playable goblins/goblin-like races. I prefer RPGs, Tactical turn-based games, and other games of that sort, but I'll play whatever.
