I have 4 daughters and 5 grandsons and we all shop at JDs.The boys shop regularly and have some lovely clothes and shoes.My daughters also buy their clothes there as well.JDs have great styles of track suits and all.mens clothing which is good quality. The prices are not cheap but fair.
JD sport have stolen my money. JD sport have stolen my money. Fact. They have failed to supply an item I have paid for and are refusing to pay a refund. Over 40 emails and two separate promises of a call from a manager with nothing happening. Customer service is beyond embarrassing.

They blame the courier but it smells like a giant scam. Look on Facebook JD Sports NZ, the reviews are scathing. Wish I had read them first, do not buy from them, worst service ever mainly because they continue to lie like all scam artists. Date of experience: December 29, 2022. Useful.

Excellent service. Excellent service, even though I made the mistake of ordering the wrong size, so it was my mistake, the returns process was really simple to complete and I didn't need to leave the house to post the parcel!
