Frisco Beach is a peaceful beach. Uncrowded with people spaced out. Great place for shelling. Plenty of space for kids to run, fly kites. All of the other guests and locals are really laid back and friendly! Although this was our first visit it won’t be out last!

This year we rented a house in Frisco and found the waves to be much better for children than at Avon. The beach does not have the erosion found in Avon. The beaches are wide and with a very small slope. Highly recommend this for families with small children.

Angle of the waves make less ideal than the east facing beaches for body surfing in most weather conditions, but if I had kids with me, this is the perfect place for frisbee, catch, walks, and privacy, with the added bonus that you can drive on the beach with a permit and not have to deal with all that schlepping.
