    Romaji: Kabushiki-gaisha Tōse) is a game developer that specializes in doing commissioned work for other game companies. They are not formally credited in most of the games they have done development for. Some of the few titles they are credited in include Game & Watch Gallery 4 and The Legendary Starfy series (which TOSE co-owns with Nintendo). Because of TOSE's lack of credit on most of their games, they have been called a "ghost developer".
