Jun 8, 2024 · Xbox never really had a problem putting together good presentations in past years. I think some of them were a bit slow and dragged out but the games shown were usually good and interesting. Their problem has been you know, the stuff in between presentations. Like games getting delayed or not being as good as people hoped.

Jan 19, 2024 · Nothing comes close to Hellblade 2 visually, and Indiana Jones also looks fantastic visually. Xbox has a wide range of different sized teams working on games with different size scoped and budgets, so not every game is going to aim to be a technical showcase. But Xbox has more than enough games that fit that bill.

Sep 2, 2024 · As long as Microsoft mandates that Xbox Game Studios uses contract employees for the majority of their teams, it is going to hold those studios back. Sucks to see scummy behavior like that remain in the industry.

XGS Publishing has worked with studios such as Insomniac, Dontnod Entertainment, Asobo Studio, Crytek, and more. The publishing arm will still have a significant role for Xbox going forward and have a multitude of projects in the pipeline.

Feb 22, 2024 · It's evident they prefer software over hardware, but most of the revenue comes from games selling on their hardware. The industry is also very different from what it was 10+ years ago, both Microsoft and Sony pivoting. Nintendo is really something else huh. It will be very interesting next few years.
