  2. I’m pretty sure Yahoo will never charge you to unlock your password under any circumstances. I know they charge $4.99 for premium services but nothing to unlock a forgotten password. I don’t mean to insult your intelligence but are you sure you weren’t hacked and aren’t actually talking to someone posing as yahoo?
