VM have identified a set of ex-customers who still have an active Virgin Media email account. These should have been closed around 90 days after the broadband account was cancelled. The notifications have just started to go out and VM will fully close the email account 30 days after the initial communication. Dave. I don't work for Virgin Media.

Feb 21, 2024 · Options. on 21-02-2024 22:05. @IainC1 The only official statement from Virgin Media is that since May 2022 new VM customers are not given a Virgin Media email address. Existing broadband customers are not able to add new VM email addresses since that date. VM said that existing customer email addresses would continue to be supported.
