I managed to find this number for myself (I had tried 150 from my Virgin phone) but had to sit through so many options - choose this, pick that - and then finally get through to be told the current wait time was 110 minutes was enough to almost consign the phone to the front garden via the window.
Jul 16, 2024 · Hi Dob47. That's not the corrct number. You can speak to the VM team on WhatsApp on 0730 532 7112. You can also text VM on 0753 305 1809. Phone calls take priority and these methods can take 4 to 6 hours, probably longer. If you have a VM landline you can call for free by dialling 150.

Can’t seem to change my contact telephone number using the app or on the web MyVirginMedia I open account details click edit on the phone number input the correct number press save and just get a message saying sorry the changes you made were not saved please try again. May 18, 2024 · Or failing that you can place a cancellation request with that team. The quickest contact method is by calling either 150 from a VM phone (options 1,4 and 4), or 0345 454 1111 from any other phone, call around 8am if possible when lines first open and are least busy.
