Good luck with your complaint, hopefully trainline might send you some extra travel vouchers, but I wouldn't hold my breath.

Oct 15, 2020 · The Trainline have done nothing wrong, and didn't impose the rules; so they're entitled to be paid for the work they did and admin in refunding the ticket etc. It's likely the train operator will also charge them for the refund itself, so not fair they're out of pocket.

Apr 11, 2010 · The tickets the trainline send you SHOULD work the tube ticket gates. That's not to say they will, but that is the way they should work. You don't get separate tickets If they don't the gate staff should let you through. There is a symbol printed on the tickets (sorry, forgotten what it is) that indicates tube validity.
Jul 13, 2024 · Posts: if your railcard has disappeared from the trainline app, and trainline claim there is no railcard associated with your email, it may be because the email you used to sign up to the railcard is the default "hide my email" address created by apple to avoid spam. This will cause you to not get any of the emails sometimes too.
Aug 25, 2021 · 26 August 2021 at 6:13AM. It depends whether 'break of journey' is allowed and you can check that from the restriction code printed on the ticket. On most tickets (but not necessarily advance ones) you can break your outward and return journey at any point along the route and rejoin at the same or a later station.

I booked a return ticket 4 days ago (5th), the company reintroduced it’s £10 refund charge (admin fee) on the 7th and then cancelled the train on the 9th.
