Apr 19, 2023 · Trouble logging into account. Apr-19-202301:21 PM. I no longer have the phone number linked to my account therefore cannot log in due to 2factor authentication. PayPal only reply to the account I am locked out, the app notified me, not my emails asking for help. I used to log in webpage the 2factor verify on the app but this is no longer an option.
Jul-09-2020 10:23 AM. Hello, I had the same issue and it seems it was due to a chrome extension. You may deactivate all your extensions on the page chrome://extensions/ and reload Paypal in a new tab. In my case, it was Grammarly that was causing the issue. Login to Me Too.
