Kathleen Tagg was raised in South Africa, and holds both a B.M. and an Honours Degree in Music from the University of Cape Town. She moved to the United States to pursue further education, and received a M.M. from Mannes the New School's Mannes School of Music in 2003 and a D.M.A. from the Manhattan School of Music in 2009.
Tagg composes chamber music, orchestral and wind band works, and film and musical theatre scores. Selected works include: 1.
