Also, in case others run into this, I'll post it here, to the best of my memory: the first few times I tried this, the phone would go for a split second to the "Regional Update" screen then go back to the WiFi Setup screen. I'd hit the "Next" button on the WiFi setup screen and then it would do the split-second "Regional Update" screen again.
