Apr 27, 2016 · Whether you’re jump starting a frozen phone or restoring a handset to factory defaults before passing it on, sometimes you need reset your Blackberry to get it working again. There are a number of simple ways to do this, from removing the phone’s battery to wiping its settings.
Fortunately, BlackBerry created a means to reset your password should you lock yourself out of your device. You can also, however, choose the "nuclear" option -- completely resetting your phone to factory defaults.

First, you need an autoloader. Download the corresponding one for your device here: BB10 Autoloaders. Turn off your device, plug it into your computer and run the autoloader. It'll do its job and you should be at the setup screen!
1) Download and install a copy of Blackberry Desktop Manager. 2) Once the Desktop Manager has been installed, open it, connect the Blackberry to the computer, and select the Backup and Restore tab. 3) Select the Backup button beneath the Options button on the Backup tab.
Press down the alt key on the keyboard and keep holding it down. Step 2. Press the right shift key >> hold it (while continuing to press the alt key). Step 3. Now go to the backspace/delete key >> hold it down, while still holding down the alt and right shift keys together. Step 4. Wait for the phone to reset.
