I'm assuming because blackberry turned off their servers a couple years ago. Any other work-around to get this device to reset to factory default settings?
Jun 6, 2007 · Distinguished. Try 'wipe handheld' - options / security options / general settings / menu / wipe handheld / "blackberry". Am not sure if this will reset the device itself to factor settings, but it would not harm to try. Alternatively, reload the O.S. 06-06-07 03:03 PM.
