Participating in the Savings Plan
Because there is no service requirement for regular employees, you are eligible to participate as soon as you join the company. See the section on Participating in the Savings Planfor more information.
Your contributions and the company match
You can save from 6% to 20% of your pay on a before-tax basis (subject to certain legal limits), an after-tax basis or a combination of both. You receive a company match of 7% of pay on the first 6% of pay you contribute via payroll deduction.
Investment options
You have a choice of seven investments with varying investment objectives and degrees of risk in which to invest your Savings Plan Account. See the section on Investment optionsfor more information.
The company matches only your minimum contribution with 7% of your pay. Beyond your minimum contribution, you may make additional contributions by payroll deduction in 1% increments, for a combined total up to 20% of pay. You also may make contributions to your After-Tax Account other than through payroll deductions.
