Rosa Valeria Sarmiento Martínez (Valparaíso, 29 de octubre de 1948) es una directora, guionista y montajista chilena, que ha trabajado tanto en cine como en televisión. Es miembro de la Academia de Artes y Ciencias Cinematográficas de Hollywood.
