Jun 9, 2020 · I met Tim 15 years ago, we became good friends, travelling to some Tournaments together. For years, we had,with Ron Hale, a monthly lunch arrangement, held in various pubs in Central London. He was a very easy going person, with a wonderful nature, completely non-judgemental; never said a bad word against anyone. He loved the banter between us.

Nothing much to report on this, other than Tim Spanton quoting a rumour that it may return to Liverpool. What changed logistically that it hasn't been possible to announce the following year's date and venue during the previous Championship?

The ECF should push for the removal of Dvorkovich as FIDE President. 2. The ECF should directly support the Ukraine people though the Ukraine chess federation.

He lost a hard game in round 6 to Scottish IM Craig Pritchett (who finished second) but beat top seed FM Terry Chapman in the last round. The Seniors event is 7 rounds 22-5-2022 to 28-5-2022 and the OPEN is 9 rounds 21-5-2022 to 29-5-2022. Bregenz is in Austria on the shores of Lake Constance. Tim Harding.
