Nov 12, 2017 · Today we made the mistake of answering our door (we live in a block of flats so assumed it was a neighbour) to a licensing inspector wanting to check out the property and asking whether we own a TV. I stopped him and said we have the right to refuse him entry. He agreed and said that they would then get a warrant and come back.
