Details: A follow-up to the $130M-plus grossing movie Law Abiding Citizen is happening with producer Lucas Foster and screenwriter Kurt Wimmer returning, as well as Gerard Butler and his G-Base partner Alan Siegel reprising their roles as producers. No casting was announced but Butler is producing.

I don't know about movies exactly like Law Abiding Citizen, but I did like the legal part of that movie (which is probably pretty flawed, but interesting).

Foxx's character wanted to uphold the spirit of the law and his own morals, and his eyes were opened to the corruption and dangers hidden behind the words of the law. i dont think we're meant to root for either main character. one was a psychopath pushed to breaking and turning on the thing that broke him.
