If your iPhone shows a low-charge battery, check your hardware and charge your iPhone again. 5.If your iPhone still doesn't turn on, contact Apple Support.

Dec 5, 2023 · You can usually reset an unresponsive Apple iPhone by restarting your device, based on your iPhone model. If your iPhone won’t restart easily, try a hard reboot of your phone next. Lastly, if it’s still completely frozen, you may need to do a factory reset of your iPhone entirely.
