Aug 29, 2016 · I used duolingo, tbh I think it's simply a waste of time. What I found to be better was going through reading past papers and then highlighting words i didn't know/came up frequently, and then memoriing these words. Also, you can do it as a competition, by writing these words on a flashcard and then seeing how many seconds it takes to do them all.
Jul 21, 2020 · 11. hi there, you could do the placement testand see. but be careful as a fellow GCSE student duolingo sometimes gives you different translations. also bare in my you learn latin american spanish on duolingo and may learn castilian spanish (spoke in spain) that has a different verb ending for you all (vosotros/as). hope this helps. 4 years ago. It has advantages such as shorter examination time than other English qualifications and it can be done online from the comfort of your home I believe. Yeah, and it’s probably the cheapest option.
13. Hi, I would think this is unlikely unless you are able to put it as learning a language and having an assessor as a person to set you tests every so often on what you have learnt? If you are still at school I would speak to your DofE organiser and see if you could set something up with a languages teacher at your school.
