Jul 24, 2022 · Rightmove and Zoopla will probably cover 99% of normal houses in the UK, but as others have said - if you want to get an early viewing, make sure to register your interest with local estate agents and let them know what you're looking for (e.g. Type, size, budget, location) and you'll often be able to view the houses before they get advertised online.

The ones round us post things like "taking pictures of three bed semi in X area today, call the office to find out more", and those properties often never go online. 5.

Here in the UK I know most people use it to find a new House/Apartment ect and I’m not sure if the US uses Rightmove too but I always find limited results on there for houses. So, is there a different website that is used instead to sell properties in America?
It is interesting comparing this home to the one in Cheshire. You get so much more for your money up north! The Omaze Dorset House 2024 cannot be worth £2,500,000 as they claim if it was only sold for £560,000 in April 2021 according to Rightmove and Zoopla.
Totally agree, unfortunately the 1 a day restriction is more of a data issue but I'm working to solve it. Rightmove doesn't publish these sale prices every day. Some locations have enough sales to sustain multiple per day but others just can't keep up wit h that meaning the data wouldn't be recent very quickly.
