Dec 2, 2021 · I can receive emails sent to my Outlook.com email address but the ones from the Yahoo account no longer come into my Inbox. I have tried multiple things including deleting the lynced Yahoo account on the settings tab in Outlook.com. Now the option to add the Yahoo account back in no longer appears under the sync setting in Outlook.

Jul 27, 2023 · Have you tried checking your account's sync settings in the Mail app? In the Mail app, click on Settings icon > Manage accounts > click on your Yahoo account > click on Change mailbox sync settings > make sure that the Download new content is set to "as items arrive" and Download email from is set to "any time".

I have done everything I can find online to fix this - removed and re-installed the accounts, changed settings, repaired the ap..... When I search the inbox using the senders name, the 'missing' emails all appear, but when I clear the search, they are gone again.
