Apr 13, 2022 · Obviously varies between branches however I have always found howdens to be a bit better. Wren generally have a longer lead time on their stock. Price wise pretty similar but howdens do a price match/ cheaper scheme if you take a cheaper quote to them, not sure if wren do this or not. Answered. 13 April 2022.
May 21, 2019 · In my experience Howden's and Benchmarx offer a much speedier resolution if something arrives damaged. This is an important factor to consider when making your decision. Jul 13, 2023 · I got my kitchen from DIY Kitchens and have been so pleased with the results - a fraction of the comparable Wren price and no hiccups during self-design and delivery stages. My joiner commented that they were much better quality than a Wren kitchen he'd fitted a few months earlier - this was in 2020 so things may have improved.

I am currently in dispute with Wren Kitchens regarding a kitchen installation that they completed at my property in June 2020 (kitchen purchased in the showroom in March 2020). We paid for their fitting service and were really unhappy with the quality of workmanship, with a number of issues that needed sorting.

Their quality and panel/door thickness is greater than IKEA and you will also find the few of us who actually for IKEA kitchens charge more as it takes longer to install due to flat pack and IKEA off spec cabinet sizes etc. Personally I do like some of the innovations that IKEA offer but would also not fit ...
