Here's the steps you can try. On the Tor app, right click on it and run it as administrator and check if you can open it. Replied on March 23, 2017. Report abuse. Click Start > Settings > System > Apps & features. Select Tor in the app list then click Uninstall. Alternatively, you can press Windows key + X. Click Programs and Features. Scroll through the list, select Tor, then click Change/Uninstall on the command bar to uninstall it.
